Needs Real Estate Services, Inc. has become a part of the Colliers
Paragon group of companies in Boise, Sun Valley, and Nampa.
Jeff Needs began Needs Real Estate Services, Inc. in October, 2004. Prior to that, he spent 17 years working in three of the nation’s largest markets, Phoenix, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, mostly with international firms Hines and Cushman & Wakefield. During this time, he performed acquisition, disposition, management, leasing, and construction management services for over 7 million square feet of real estate valued at over $1.8 billion. Ownerships he has worked with include CalPERS, Nippon Life Insurance, Mitsui Fudosan, Shearson Lehman, Bank of New York, UBS, and Dial Corporation.

Provided management, leasing, construction management, acquisition and disposition duties to over 4.9 million square feet of real estate and 4 separate ownerships.
1992 – 1994 Property Manager, Cushman & Wakefield
Provided property management and leasing services to the Dial Corporation for their 500,000
SF property in Phoenix.
1990 – 1992 Property Manager, Hines
Provided property management and leasing services for 1,650,000 SF for Mitsui Fudosan in Los Angeles.
1986 – 1990 Property Manager, Equitec Properties
Managed, leased and provided construction management for 80,000 SF property in Tempe, Arizona.
