Matt Bogue, CCIM
Matt Bogue is a sales agent with Colliers International’s Ketchum/Sun Valley, Idaho office. Matt’s focus is on all aspects of commercial brokerage including, commercial real estate sales and leasing, commercial investment sales, tenant and landlord representation, site selection, retail, office, industrial, land and development. Matt services the primary market areas of Ketchum, Sun Valley, Hailey, and Bellevue. Matt strives to provide excellent service and has been involved in commercial real estate since 2003.
Matt earned his CCIM designation in 2007. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, in the following areas: financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate. Only 6 percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation.
Matt spends his spare time golfing, fly fishing, skiing and snowboarding.
