Mike Pena
Mike moved to the Treasure Valley in 1991. He became employed in the Semiconductor Industry and eventually held the title of Western US Regional Sales Manager and World Wide Micron Account Manager for SCP Global Technologies. Mike decided to look for a job with less travel so he could be with his three children and wife more often, and became licensed in Real Estate for Idaho in 2004. For the next couple of years, Mike focused on understanding site selection, valuation and the entitlement process for development land. Mike was involved in bringing full entitlements to 5 different projects in 2005-07.
