A specialist in real estate, Wayne has extensive experience with disposition, acquisition, leasing, and brokerage. He started his commercial real estate career as a leasing agent, focusing primarily on office landlord and tenant representation. Wayne received the “rookie of the year” award for his achievements as an office broker.
His true passion is investment real estate. He is the current Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Chapter President. His primary focus as an investments broker is to ensure his clients’ success by providing ethical, knowledgeable and timely information.
Wayne was recognized by the Idaho Business Review as a “40 Under 40” recipient, honoring the top 40 business professional under the age of 40.
