Affiliations
ALC – Accredited Land Consultant. The National Association of Realtors supports a group of land-focused agents and brokers known as the REALTOR© Land Institute. Agents and brokers completing educational requirements and passing comprehensive tests in specific specialties (i.e. land, site acquisition, land development, etc.) hold the ALC designation. Designees must meet minimum educational requirements and maintain ongoing educational activities as well.
